Geoff Egan, originally co-founder of Egan Lawson over twenty years ago, established Egan Property Asset Management
(EPAM) in June 2010 as a specialist commercial property consultancy acting for the Albemarle Property Investment Syndicates,
corporate and private clients.
Our principal focus is to maximise returns from investment and occupational opportunities and actively managing the asset
through to disposal.

Stuart Wallis is a Chartered Accountant with substantial experience in company turnarounds; he
has chaired many businesses on behalf of private equity backers. He is currently chairman of
BCS Global Networks Limited & HH Associates (Holdings) Limited. He was previously inter alia
Chairman of The Tetley Group PLC, SSL Protherics PLC, LGC and Chief Executive of Bowater
Europe PLC and Fisons PLC.

Geoff Egan has 32 years experience in property investment and property asset management.
Founded Egan Property Asset Management Ltd in April 2010, formerly co-founded Egan Lawson
in 1990 with Dougie Lawson with property assets under management of approximately £1bn. He
heads the investment team which includes the Albemarle Syndicates established in 2001 and
has developed the funds under asset management by Albemarle to over £350million.
Mark Parsons
Finance Director
Mark Parsons heads up the Property Management accounts and Corporate finance. Mark was
previously an Associate Director at both Jones Lang LaSalle and Morgan Grenfell Laurie, before
joining Egan Lawson in 1996. As one of the founding Directors of Egan Property Asset
Management Ltd in April 2010, Mark deals with all aspects of Property Client Accounting
ensuring that management accounts are maintained to comply with RICS audit regulations.

Asset Management Director
Ian Jacques has twenty five years experience in property asset management for Jones Lang
LaSalle, Morgan Grenfell Laurie, Egan Lawson and is a founding Director in Egan Property Asset
Management Ltd. Ian has a major asset management role in the Albemarle Syndicates and also
acts for private investment clients.
Chris Vane-Tempest

Chris Vane-Tempest has nine years experience in private equity and property asset management
with UBS, Savills, Strutt & Parker, Egan Lawson LLP and EPAM Ltd.
Chris currently works in investment, financial structuring, asset managing and developing the
Albemarle Syndicates with which now have over £350M invested across 20 syndicates.
James Ramage

Property Asset Manager
James Ramage works alongside Ian Jacques in Asset Management. Previously at Egan Lawson
LLP.
James currently acts for our private and institutional clients in all areas of investment,
development and property asset management.
Chloe Fisher
Accounts Manager
Chloe Fisher has 4 years experience as a Property Management Accountant.
She works closely with Mark and is responsible for the accurate accounting of Client’s and
Tenant funds under management.
